"Kat" Kathleen Markowski is originally from Long Island and has been living in the local community for over 30 years. Her career began in property management as she operated her own corporation for over 10 years, managing up to 300 units. Her hands on management style provided her with extensive knowledge in marketing, leasing and business negotiations with various agencies, independent contractors and local officials. Kat's diverse experience and education bring expertise in all commercial, investment, residential and land transactions. Kat is educated in sustainable living practices and participates in groups and activities that support community working as a whole. Kat has a special love for horse farms, animal rescues and believes that Ithaca and the surrounding finger lakes is a wonderful place to live.
